Recipe for alcohol-free Sea Buckthorn Mocktail, Serves 2 

  • 1 pink grapefruit, freshly juiced
  • 2 dessert spoon (dstspn) Sea Buckthorn Elixir
  • 3 dstspn aquafaba* (chickpea water)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1dl ice cubes 
  • 300  ml ginger ale 

Garnish

  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 thin slices from a grapefruit wedge

Put fresh-pressed grapefruit juice, chilled aquafaba and rosemary sprigs into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously again. Pour into serving glasses with the additional ice cubes, top off with ginger ale and garnish with rosemary sprig and grapefruit slices; serve immediately.
